As a Modern day Shaman, Certified Kundalini Yogi, Certified Herbalist and Spiritual Life Coach I help women develop healthier relationships with themselves through awareness, introspection, and accountability.

Azures Bleus & Spirituals was born because I found myself in unfulfilling situations and relationships; From my employment, intimate relationships, friendships and my familial relationships. I would blame my dissatisfaction on the outer factors and nothing around me would change when I addressed it. I became highly overwhelmed, stressed, depressed and would suffer with anxiety and insomnia. My behavior would become erratic at times and it was interfering with my personal and professional life. I was in an unhealthy intimate relationship for years where I allowed myself to be the other woman and I also allowed my friends and family to disrespect and abuse me in many ways. I lacked boundaries heavily.

During a sentimental moment with my 2yr old daughter in 2018, she told me that she wanted to be like me and it frightened me because I didn't want to be like me at that time in my life. I wanted inner calm, I wanted inner peace, I wanted joy and respect. I wanted healthier relationships and I knew that I deserved them. I wanted to set a better example for my little girl to follow and I wanted to improve my relationship with my then teenage son. I always knew that the only way for real change to occur in my life, that the change had to begin within. My journey led me to realize that I had a very unhealthy relationship with myself and this was reflected in all of my relationships. I also realized that my beliefs and behaviors were learned, that they could be unlearned, and that is exactly what I did. I was amazed at how I turned myself around and how I not only improved my relationship with myself, but I will no longer settle for any treatment less than what I provide to myself.

I observe and have observed similar traits and relationships that I once had in others and I have unintentionally helped other women develop healthier relationships with themselves as I have done for myself.

My Spiritual life Coaching approach is very intentional today and not a cookie cutter method. I help my clients become aware of and accountable for their limiting beliefs, behaviors and patterns by utilizing my knowledge from my certifications, learned experience and Creator given abilities. I address all needs with a Holistic approach, a lot of Radical Honesty and Compassion. You can not properly heal one part without addressing the whole.
